EPOCH ESTATE WINE DINNER
Join us Monday, September 21st from 6–9 PM for an exclusive five-course wine dinner featuring Epoch Estate Wines, one of Paso Robles' most storied producers. For this event, we're closing our doors to everything else — the entire building, dedicated to just 50 guests for one unforgettable night.
Chef Kyle's menu is paired course-by-course with Epoch's estate wines, from a bright Willow Creek White Blend through the bold, layered Ingenuity Syrah blend to close the night. Built on the historic Paderewski Vineyard and the site of California's first bonded winery on the Central Coast, Epoch crafts wines that carry a century of history in every glass.

Join us on September 23rd for a One Night Only Chef Collaboration! Chef Sam Diminish will be joining us from Restaurant Constance in North Carolina for an incredible evening filled with bold flavors and soulful dishes. Chef Sam is a James Beard Award Semi-Finalist and famously beat Bobby Flay in 2020 with his Lobster Risotto. The full menu is available for purchase or you can try the items a la carte! Wine Pairings are also available for each dish.
